We were established in 1962 and our first commercial office developments came about in the early 1960’s, located on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. 

Since the mid 1970’s, Southbank Homes has concentrated on luxury residential developments across the South East and its Coast, from contemporary high specification penthouses, apartments and mews houses to traditionally built family homes.
